Order Cancellations

Physical Products:

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Digital Products:

Orders for digital products or downloads are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order is placed and the product has been delivered.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items:

Custom items are made specifically for you. These orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Late Cancellations
